One of Europe’s leading manufacturer of agricultural equipment is introducing a new model of manure spreader to the UK market – with farmers benefiting from high grade specifications as standard.
The Fliegl ADS 120 single axle – exhibited on stand R60 at LAMMA 2015 – uses the German company’s original ‘push-off’ technology to enhance the spreading of fertiliser or solid manure and compost.
With high quality specifications as standard, Fliegl UK Sales Director José Viedma said farmers can be assured of value for money and exceptional reliability.
“Fliegl is regarded as a leader in its field, manufacturing high quality, innovative and practical solutions for agriculture,” he said. “We’re delighted to be able to offer the ADS 120 to the UK market – giving farmers even more choice and offering them a bespoke product at a competitive price.”
The ADS 120 single axle spreader has a capacity of 12 cubic meters, with an approved gross vehicle weight of 14 tons and a draw bar load of two tons.
The side panels, floor and pushing wall are made of high quality, fully galvanized steel – ensuring the best protection against corrosion. Furthermore, the standard model comes equipped with a UK proven electronic weighting system and approved braking system.
This not only puts an end to chain breaking associated with standard chain driven spreaders but also sets new standards in ease of use as the spreading of fertiliser can be automated to the greatest possible extent.
High quality 28L-26 sized tyres provide an extra advantage, while the spreading body’s low centre of gravity helps with the distribution of solid manure, even on uneven or steep terrain.
Fliegl agricultural spreaders, ‘push-off’ trailers and attachments are distributed through the approved Fliegl dealers’ network.
