The Sumo factory was opened up to the public this month, and with several new launches on display, there were a record number of guests through the door.
‘Both days were a fantastic success and we’ve had some really positive feedback from both current and potential customers’ said Simon Herring, Sumo’s Managing Director. ‘The downturn in farm incomes coupled with the strong pound means that here at Sumo we’ve had to adapt to that, and we feel that we offer a range of equipment that keeps establishment costs low. Alongside this, we offer several finance packages that can be tailored to suit customer’s specific requirements.’
The companies Technical Director Shaun Wealleans sees a positive future for Sumo. ‘Our appetite for innovation and quality remains unchanged and coupled with new owners and a stable financial position means that the future’s bright with Sumo. The core team are all set to respond to whatever the market throws at us, ensuring that any machine bought will be backed up by us for its lifetime.’
