The team at Wiltshire-based agriculture dealer, T H White Group, are celebrating after being crowned as New Holland’s Large Dealer of the Year 2014.
The T H White Group, based at Devizes, Wiltshire, has been recognised as Large Dealer of the Year for its outstanding achievements in sales performance and the delivery of exceptional customer service throughout the past year.
Pat Smith, Director of T H White Agriculture and Construction Divisions said: “This prestigious award is a testament to the hard work and diligence of all our staff across sales, service and parts, in delivering the best possible service for our customers. Agricultural engineering is at the heart of our business, so receiving such an accolade from New Holland is fantastic and we are all extremely pleased.”
The mainly family-owned business employs over 500 people, with 120 working within the agriculture division alone.
T H White Group was established in 1832, as an ironmongers. Over the past 183 years the group has diversified into a major engineering group encompassing; agriculture, lorry cranes, construction and grasscare machinery, trailers, grain handling and storage solutions, renewable energy, security and fire installations, and motor vehicle dealers.
The group prides itself on growth through diversification and innovation. As the needs of their customers have changed, it has adapted its business to meet them.

Winning the award coincides with the retirement of Managing Director David Scott. He has been succeeded by his son Alexander Scott. To celebrate winning the New Holland award and the handover of the business’s management, T H White has held a series of celebration events for staff, customers, suppliers and shareholding pensioners.
