Digital help service

To support owners, operators and dealers, Fendt has unveiled a new support website. The AGCO Service and Information website offers operator manuals, product support programs and the facility to search any machine’s fault code for faster troubleshooting.

“Supporting customers with an intuitive and easy to use website that can be used to search for documentation, manuals and diagnostic error codes and provide answers will really help operators and dealers. Operators can check and address problems in one convenient place, which will help speed up simple issues, leaving dealers more time to deal with anything more serious,” says Fendt’s Ed Dennett.

All machines in a fleet are visible to anyone with a login for the Service and Information website. Users can check operator manuals, warranty details, search diagnostic codes and watch videos to help overcome problems.

“The website also offers the opportunity to search our ‘Product Support Programmes’ (PSPs) which will show if a machine qualifies for any manufacturer supported repair programs,” adds Mr Dennett.

The website is not restricted to the newest machines and has a comprehensive back catalogue that pre-dates the FendtONE operating system.

“We felt it important to include as many machines as was possible. This means that information about tractors, sprayers, foragers and other equipment, such as balers, are all available. It also includes many older models, with some tractor series going back more than 10 years. Our hope is that most Fendt owners will be able use the website to help with simple issues, quickly and easily,” concludes Mr Dennett.
