Free air conditioning training for third year apprentices
- AP Air Europe, an approved City & Guilds training school, are offering third year apprentices the opportunity to earn a City & Guild qualification free of charge
The company claims to be the market leader for agricultural air conditioning since 2010 and Ian Beswick Managing Director says the company recognises the importance of encouraging engineering talent within the industry.
The qualification consists of theory learning and practical assessments and the training can either be completed at AP’s approved centre in Gloucestershire or at other locations, depending on candidate numbers.
“The courses take place over two days and include refrigerant handling certification. Course 1 is a Level 3 award in basic mobile air conditioning systems and course 2 is basic mobile air conditioning principles,” said Mr Beswick.
“We hope companies will encourage apprentices to take advantage of this learning opportunity,” he added.
Interested applicants should email lauren.savage@apairltd.com to organise training arrangements.
