Handlers on Show at the Royal Welsh Show
Merlo UK returns to the Royal Welsh Show 2025 with a refreshed line-up of agricultural and construction machinery. Located on Avenue F, this year’s stand brings together Merlo’s latest innovations, trusted best-sellers, and a strong commitment to comfort, safety, and sustainability.
From the RHASS Gold Award-winning, all-electric eWorker to compact telehandlers, high-reach ROTO models, and versatile tracked dumpers, Merlo’s display offers something for every farm, job site, and contractor.
Agricultural Line-up
Leading the pack is the TF42.7CS, for larger farms, offering a 4.2-tonne capacity and 7m lift height. Fitted with a powerful 136hp Perkins engine and a 139 l/min load-sensing hydraulic pump, it also features Merlo’s signature cab suspension (CS) system—delivering enhanced comfort and stability for long working days out on the farm or in the yard.
For those needing similar comfort in a slightly more compact package, the TF35.7CS shares the same cab suspension system, matched with a 136hp Deutz engine, 3.5-tonne, and 6.5m lift height – this medium capacity machine offers robust performance in a more compact footprint.
Topping the machines on display for raw strength, the TF50.8T HF brings serious muscle to high-output farming operations. With a 5-tonne lift capacity and 7.8m lift height, it’s powered by a 170hp FPT engine and high-flow hydraulics for seamless multi-function operation. Boom suspension ensures load stability on uneven ground, and optional cab suspension enhances operator comfort on rough terrain and road travel.
For farms with tighter yards and smaller buildings, Merlo’s compact range delivers big performance in confined spaces. On display will be the:
- TF30.7 – 3.0 tonne, 7m lift height
- TF33.7 – 3.3 tonne, 7m lift height
All feature full-size ROPS/FOPS-certified comfort cabs, intuitive new capacitive multifunction joysticks, and the smooth operation Merlo is known for.
Headlining the sustainability story, Merlo showcasing the RHASS Gold Award-winning eWorker 25.5-90, Merlo’s fully electric, four-wheel-drive telehandler.
