Tedder range set to grow in 2025
- SIP Industrial Products showed what is currently the largest tedder in its range at LAMMA 2025, the Spider HD 150014T offering exceptional productivity from its 14 rotors and 15m working width
Accompanied by SIP’s high capacity mowers, rakes and mergers on the stand, the SIP HD 1500|14T offers key advantages of robustness, stability and efficiency.
Designed for work with the most productive mowers, tedding on large acreages, the trailed rotary tedder is an essential part of the armoury for high output foraging and baling outfits. It offers even spreading or turning using shorter inner than outer tines, avoiding forage contamination.
The HD 1500|14T has been adopted by some of the most productive forage harvesting teams, from contractors to large dairy units.
It has replaced two tedders in some situations, helping get the guarantee the required dry matter silage even in catchy weather conditions, and allowing operators to get the maximum capacity from high capacity forage harvesters.
The robust build of the Spider HD 1500|14T. with linked safety railings between each rotor gives the implement the durability to stand up to the substantial workloads.
A double safety clutch, specially developed for wider tedders from the HD line, protects the rotor system by dividing the transmission of the driving torque to each side of the machine separately. In case of machine overload, it prevents damage to the drive.
Finger clutch drives at each hinge are maintenance-free and ensure reliable power transmission in all operating conditions.
The segmented rotors are supported by multiple castor wheels which means the tedder can follow ground contours and maintain productivity even on steep fields.
The Spider HD 1500|14T also comes with a three-year warranty, offering perfect peace of mind for busy farms and contracting operations.
Following the success of this model, SIP is set to announce exciting news of an even higher capacity Spider HD tedder in 2025.
