Agritechnica launch for new JCB materials handling machines

  • JCB will highlight its position as a leader in agricultural materials handling solutions at this year’s Agritechnica show by launching and previewing a range of new machines

In addition to three new full-size Loadall telescopic handlers, JCB’s exhibits will include ultra-compact machines such as the new all-electric 403E wheeled loader, which joins a growing range of pioneering JCB E-TECH products. JCB has so far sold more than 20,000 electric machines as operators come to appreciate the quietness, zero emissions and running cost advantages of electric power.

The JCB stand at Agritechnica will feature:

A preview of the new high-power JCB Loadall 560-80 AGRI Pro, 6 tonne max lift, 8m max lift height, 129kW (173hp) JCB Dieselmax engine and 40kph JCB DualTech-VT transmission.

NEW high-lift JCB Loadall 542-100 AGRI Super / Xtra / Pro, 4.2 tonne max lift capacity, 9.8m max lift height, 97kW (130hp), 112kW (150hp) or 129kW (173hp) JCB Dieselmax engine and 50kph JCB DualTech-VT transmission.

NEW compact high-spec JCB Loadall 530-60 AGRI Super, 3 tonne max lift capacity, 5.97m max lift height on 20in tyres, 6.03m on 24in tyres, 97kW (130hp) JCB Dieselmax engine and new two-range hydrostatic transmission.

NEW fully-electric JCB 403E ultra-compact wheeled loader, up to 1.09 tonnes tipping load and 3.1m lift height, 20kWh lithium-ion battery pack and 33.4kW drive motor, 4×4 or pick-up trailer-transportable weight of 2.67 tonnes.

NEW Stage V JCB Teleskid 3TS-8W skid steer loader with telescopic boom featuring a new cab interior, touch screen display, improved controllability and 55kW JCB Dieselmax engine.

Farmers and contractors will also see for the first time at Agritechnica:

JCB Loadall 514-40 AGRI ultra-compact telescopic handler measuring 1.56m wide, 1.8m tall –1.4 tonnes max lift, 4m max lift height, 18.4kW (24.7hp) diesel engine, 4×4 or pick-up trailer-transportable weight of 2.69 tonnes.

JCB 35-22E battery powered Teletruk with unique forward reach providing up to 20% increased productivity. 3.5 tonnes max lift capacity, 4m lift height, 2.2 tonne lift capacity at 2m reach.

JCB 457S wheeled loader – the largest model in JCB’s purpose-built agricultural loading shovel range – 20 tonne operating weight, up to 4.8m max lift height, dual power 167kW (224hp) and 210kW (282hp) engine, new six-speed manual/auto transmission.

JCB TM420S telescopic wheeled loader – 129kW (173hp) JCB DieselMAX engine, 50kph eight-speed powershift transmission, 160-litre/min hydraulics and 26in tyres; max lift capacity 4.1 tonnes, max lift height 5.45m.

JCB Fastrac 4220 iCON and 8330 iCON tractors – 175kW (235hp) and 260kW (348hp) with new cab interior, new stepless powertrain management and fully-integrated digital systems for tractor set-up, implement control, precision farming and guidance through the new iCON armrest console and touch-screen display.
