- Kubota’s display at LAMMA 2024 this week will see several new products on display in Hall 12, stand 330
Alongside a selection of tractors and implements, visitors to the stand will find several new products for 2024. These include a compact, rigid chassis telehandler measuring less than 2m high and 2m wide, representing a new sector in the UK and ROI markets for the Japanese maker.
In addition, the recently launched RT battery-powered compact loaders will be joined by a further nine models. Powered by Kubota Diesel engines, the additional RT models provide a broader range of materials handling solutions for customers. Marketing manager Rob Edwards and M-series tractor product manager Jonathan Rook will be on the stand to discuss these products in more detail.
Kubota’s engine division is also being represented and is showing two new power units. The first is Kubota’s new hydrogen-fuelled 3.8-litre engine. Based on its spark-ignited WG3800, the four-cylinder H2 hydrogen model offers a rated power of 114hp (85kW) at 2,600rpm.
The second engine development is the EU Stage V compliant V5009 – a five-litre, four-cylinder developing 210hp (157.3kW) at 2,200rpm, and is Kubota’s most powerful engine to-date. Daniel Grant from the engines division will be on the stand, available to discuss these developments in more detail.
2024 marks the 50th anniversary of Kubota’s arrival in Europe with the opening of the first subsidiary in France in 1974. Since then, the company has been showcasing its expertise and reliability, following its For Earth, For Life philosophy. Throughout this year, Kubota will celebrate this event of particular relevance to the Group.
