Portable filtration trolley supports uptime

Parker Hannifin has launched its portable GLFTrolley, a compact filtration unit designed to remove free water and particulate contamination from hydraulic and lubrication oils. For agricultural machinery manufacturers, dealers, contractors and service providers, the system offers a practical way to protect tractors, harvesters, sprayers, loadersand other hydraulically driven equipment operating in dusty, wet and demanding field conditions.

Clean hydraulic fluid is critical across the agricultural machinery supply chain. Contaminated oil can reduce system efficiency, accelerate component wear and contribute to unplanned downtime during peak operating periods, when machine availability is essential. By filtering fluid before use, during transfer or as part of an offline maintenance routine, the GLFTrolley helps maintain oil cleanliness and supports longer component life.

The unit is suited to workshops, dealerships, fleet maintenance teams and mobile service engineers that need a flexible filtration solution for small and medium-sized systems, as well as permanent offline filtration on larger hydraulic installations. Its portable format allows technicians to take filtration directly to machines in the yard, workshop or field, helping reduce service time and improve maintenance responsiveness.

Available with nominal flow rates of 20 l/min and 40 l/min, the GLFTrolley combines high-quality gear pumps with an energy-efficient, high-performance single-phase motor suitable for continuous duty. The robust design supports regular use in maintenance environments where reliability, ease of handling and consistent filtration performance are important.

According to Sanna Tefke, Product Manager, Hydraulic & Industrial Process Filtration Division, Parker Hannifin, agricultural and off-road machines routinely face dirt, dust, water and other contaminants. Portable filtration providesan economical way to help protect hydraulic systems from the damage contamination can cause.

For the agricultural machinery supply chain, the GLFTrolley can support preventive maintenance programmes, reduce the risk of downtime, improve equipment reliability and help control operating costs. By maintaining oil quality across service operations, it enables dealers, fleet owners and contractors to keep machinery working productively throughout the season.
